Before placing your order, please double-check if your radio model is included in the compatible list. To install the driver program from the Prolific Support website, follow these steps:

1. Visit the Prolific Support website at "http://www.prolific.com.tw/US/ShowProduct.aspx?p_id=225&pcid=41".
2. Find the "Products Application" section, then select "SIO (Smart-IO)" > "USB to UART/Serial/Printer" > "PL2303 Windows Driver Download".
3. Download the file "PL23XX_Prolific_DriverInstaller_v4200.zip", extract the contents, and run the file "PL23XX-M_LogoDriver_Setup_4200_20231222" to install the driver according to the "PL2303 Windows Driver Manual v1.23.0".
